Nikki Amuka-Bird

Nikki is a BAFTA nominated actress having been recognised for her work in BBC’s NW. She will shortly appear as a lead in I, JACK WRIGHT and can currently be seen alongside Cate Blanchett in the upcoming A24 feature RUMOURS, which premiered at Cannes 2024, and also in Robert Zemekis’ HERE alongside Tom Hanks.

Nikki is the lead in independent thriller JERICHO RIDGE, as well as M. Night Shyamalan’s KNOCK AT THE CABIN, a director with whom she has worked with previously on Universal’s OLD.

She can be seen in CITADEL for Amazon and returned for the second series as one of the leads of Armando Iannucci’s AVENUE 5 alongside Hugh Laurie for HBO.

Recent credits include Carrie Cracknell’s PERSUASION for Netflix, THE OUTFIT alongside Mark Rylance which premiered at Berlin Film Festival, Disney’s THE PERSONAL HISTORY OF DAVID COPPERFIELD once again working with director Armando Iannucci, BBC miniseries GOLD DIGGER, Steven Soderbergh’s celebrated feature THE LAUNDROMAT, BBC crime thriller HARD SUN alongside Jim Sturgess and Agyness Dean, and QUARRY for Cinemax/HBO.
